What prior knowledge do I need for IFRS Unlocked?
The course assumes basic knowledge of accounting, but no prior knowledge of IFRS. It is the introductory course of the Academy and is aimed at professionals who are working systematically with IFRS for the first time.
How long do I have access to the course?
After registering, you will have access to the course for three months. You will work through the content at your own pace and can return to previous chapters at any time.
How is the course structured?
The course is divided into seven topic blocks. Each block combines theory with interactive exercises and practical examples, so you can apply what you've learned straight away.
Who is teaching the course?
Oliver Köster, auditor with 30 years of experience in financial reporting. He worked in Audit & Assurance at a Big Four firm and holds teaching appointments at the University of Zurich and Worms University of Applied Sciences.
What certificate will I receive?
Upon completion, you will receive a certificate from the vE Finance Excellence Academy. The certificates will be issued as secure online certificates (NFTs) and will therefore be verifiable at any time.
Is the course also available in English?
